We woke up to no water on Father's Day. I called and Dave was so polite and advised of the service charge plus cost per half hour. I would've given my kidney at that point, but it was so reasonable. He was at my door in less than an hour and a half. Assessed the problem in seconds and fixed it in record time. When he told me the cost, it wasn't even near the third of a cost of a kidney.
